Quantum chemical study of the influence of the solvent on the NMR chemical shifts values
Abstract:
Diplomová práce "Kvantově chemické studium vlivu solventu na hodnoty NMR chemických posunů" se zabývá výpočty chemických posunů. Výpočty jsou zaměřeny na jádra 15N, 13C a 1H a jsou počítány na strukturách odvozených od struktury purinu. Cílem práce bylo zjistit vliv solventu na hodnoty NMR chemických posunů.
Abstract:
The work "Quantum chemical study of the influence of the solvent on the NMR chemical shifts values" deals with calculations of the chemical shifts. This computations refer to nucleus 15N, 13C and 1H. All used structures were derive from structure of purin. The drift was lokate the influence of the solvent.
