Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá kandidujícími a zvolenými ženami v PSP ČR od roku 1996 do roku 2017. V teoretické části se věnuje se pojmovému vymezení bariér, se kterými se ženy při vstupu do politiky setkávají, dále genderovým kvótám a jejich implementací v rámci ČR a také vztahu pravolevé ideologické orientace stran k rolím žen ve vyšší politice. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the women candidates and elected women in Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic from year 1996 to 2017. The thesis comprises theoretical chapter about barriers to women’s entry to politics, gender quotas and its implementation in Czech Republic and also influence of right-left ideological orientation of parties to women’s role in politics.
