Cílem této práce je navrhnout, implementovat a experimentálně vyhodnotit techniky pro odhad velikosti stavového prostoru na základě dat získaných prohledáním malé části stavového prostoru. Práce byla zaměřena na vyhodnocení relevance parametrů stavových prostorů a odhadovacích technik založených na bázi genetického programování, neuronových sítí a algoritmu náhodné procházky. The aim of this thesis is to design, implement and experimentally evaluate techniques for state space size estimation based on data retrieved from a small part of a state space. The focus of this thesis was to evaluate relevancy of state space parameters and estimation techniques based on genetic programming, neural networks and random walk algorithm.
