Abstract:
Cieľom diplomovej práce je analýza programu Európskej komisie „Digital agenda for Europe“, najmä časti týkajúcej sa cezhraničných služieb eEnvironmentu ako súčasti eGovernmentu. Na základe tejto analýzy implementovať portál v slovenskom a anglickom jazyku. Portál sa zameria na poskytovanie informácií o eEnvironmentu a aktivity v tejto oblasti v EÚ a v ČR a implementáciu Aarhuskej dohody.
