Are divorced fathers during entrusting children to care discriminated?

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na rozvodovou problematiku, konkrétně se v ní zabývám otázkou, komu jsou po rozvodu svěřeny děti do péče a proč.Řeším zde, zda jsou otcové méně způsobilí k výchově dětí, nebo zda nemají zájem se o své děti po rozvodu starat. Vycházím zde z faktu, že v české republice je po rozvodu 90 % dětí svěřeno do výhradní péče matkám a snažím se poukázat na to, čím je to způsobeno. Je zde patrné propojení teoretické části s praktickou, protože jsem navázal kontakt a spolupráci s různými občanskými sdruženími, která působí v České republice a touto problematikou se zabývají. Takto získaná zjištění jsem porovnával s poznatky získanými z odborné literatury, která se tomuto tématu věnuje. V závěru vše hodnotím a pokouším se odpovědět na otázky nastíněné v úvodu.

Abstract:

This work is focused on divorce issues, specifically in her address the issue of divorce who are entrusted to the education of children and why. It addresses here, whether they are fathers less eligible for the education of children, whether or not the interest of their children after divorce care. I am comming from the fact that in the Czech Republic after a divorce 90% of children in sole custody mothers and trying to point out what is due. It is apparent connection of the theoretical to the practical, because I established contact and cooperation with various civic associations, which operates in the Czech Republic and deal with this issue. The knowledge gained in this way, I compare the findings with the knowledge derived from scientific literature, which deals with this subject. In conclusion, I have appraised all facts and tried to answer the questions outlined in the introduction
