Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na analýzu konkurenceschopnosti kavárny KAFEC Zlínský v porovnání s vybranými zlínskými kavárnami. This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the competitiveness of KAFEC Zlínský as compared with others selected cafes in Zlín. The theoretical part contains an analysis of basic concepts dealing with this topic. The practical part uses a questionnaire survey, competition analysis, SWOT analysis and company documents.
