The aim of my thesis was an analysis of law no. 7/05 of statute - book about Bankruptcy and restructuring and obout amendment and replenishment of law in version of later regulations. Cieľom mojej práce bola analýza zákona č. 7/2005 Z. z. o konkurze a reštrukturalizácii a o zmene a doplnení zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov. Konkurz je špeciálny druh súdneho konania, ktoré slúži k riešeniu majetkového úpadku speňažením majetku dlžníka a uspokojením jeho veriteľov.
