Abstract:
Tématem této diplomové práce je znalecké dokazování v civilním procesu. Zabývá se popisem a analýzou znalecké činnosti, její současnou legislativní úpravou i zhodnocením případných nedostatků této úpravy. Věnuje se taktéž otázce funkce znaleckého dokazování a osvětluje vztah a odlišnosti mezi znaleckým posudkem podaným soudem ustanoveným znalcem a znaleckým posudkem předloženým účastníkem řízení. The topic of this thesis is expert evidence in a civil trial. It deals with the description and analysis of expert activities, the current legislative framework and the evaluation of potential shortcomings of the legislation.
