Antimicrobial Effect Of Concentrated Hydrolats Obtained From Plant Material Distillation
Abstract:
Tématem této práce je stanovení antimikrobiální a antifungální aktivity hydrolátů. Pro testování byly využity hydroláty levandule, fenyklu, bobkového listu a hřebíčku. Hydroláty jsou vedlejší produkty destilace silic a po řadě dalších experimentů by mohly být některé tyto látky využívány pro své antimikrobiální účinky.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is devoted to the determination of antimicrobial activity and antifungal activity. There were tested hydrolates of lavender, fennel, laurel and clove. Hydrolates are products of the destillation of essential oils. They could be used in natural medicine for a lot of testing.
