Bakalářská práce má za cíl analyzovat součanou legislativu Čínské lidové republiky týkající se náboženství, konkrétně pak Nařízení o věcech náboženských ve znění z roku 2017. The thesis aims to analyse the current legislation on Religion of the People´s republic of China, namely Religious Affairs Regulations as amended in 2017 while using the concept of the Rule by Law doctrine and thin theory of the Rule of Law.
