Tato diplomová práce se zabývá žalobou a žalobním právem v civilním procesu a hlavními možnostmi ochrany porušených a ohrožených práv soudem. Ochrana a náprava je umožněna prostřednictvím použití žaloby, která v sobě zahrnuje nárok osoby na nápravu takto porušených či ohrožených práv.
