China: New Superpower?

Abstract:

Čína je velmi důležitým státem v současném globalizovaném světě. Hraje významnou roli v OSN a je jedním ze stálých členů Rady bezpečnosti OSN. Čína je také členem MMF a WTO. Současná Čína je velmi významným aktérem v pacifickém regionu jako člen regionálních fór a také jako strategický partner ASEAN. V současném globalizovaném světě hraje Čína tak roli jako druhá největší ekonomika na světě hned za USA. Čína disponuje mimo jiné největší pracovní sílou na světě. Otázka ale zní, zda může být Čína státem, kter nahradí USA jakožto nejvýznamnějšího systémového aktéra a supervelmoc. Otázkou mé diplomové práce tedy je, zda má Čína dostatek ekonomického a politického potenciálu k tomu, aby současnou velmoc, USA, nahradila ma pomyslném trůnu jakožto nový světový lídr, který bude následován a přijat většinou států na světě.

Abstract:

China is a very important country in contemporary globalised World. It plays an important role in the United Nations as one of the members of the UN Security Council. China is also a member of IMF and WTO. Contemporary China is very important in Pacific Region as a member of regional Forums and as an ASEAN strategic Partner. In contemporary globalized World China also plays role as the second biggest economy after the United States and as the most populous country with the biggest labour force. But is China a country, that will replace the United States as the most important systemic superpower? The question of my thesis is whether China has enough economic and political strength to replace the United states on a imaginary throne as the world superpower and leader, which will be followed and accepted by most countries all over the world.
