Abstract:
V diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou hodnocení dodavatelů jako důležitou součástí nákupního rozhodování o volbě dodavatele. Téma je spojeno se společností Colorlak, a.s., kde se snažím zachytit a popsat současný stav systému hodnocení dodavatelů. Cílem je optimalizace a návrh nového systému v této společnosti, kde mi jako základ poslouží poznatky z analytické a teoretické části této práce.
Abstract:
In my master thesis I am dealing with the problematics of appraisal of suppliers that is an important part of the purchasing decision in choosing the right supplier. The topic was compiled in Colorlak, a.s. where I tried to put down and describe the present situation of system of suppliers eveluation.
