The risks for tax office employees in the work place
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje činnosti pracovníků územních finančních orgánů, při kterých dochází k rizikům při výkonu profese. Naznačuje, jak by se tito pracovníci měli ve své profesi chovat, jak by měli komunikovat s daňovými poplatníky. Seznamuje s možnostmi vzdělávání v souvislosti s komunikací. Vyhodnocuje konkrétní rizika vyplývající z výkonu profese pracovníků územních finančních orgánů.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis describes activities of workers from territorial financial authorities. It indicates, how these workers should behave in their profession, how they should communicate with taxpayers. It familiarizes with options of educating in connection with communication.
