Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem ‘Projektové řízení v podniku HC Inc,a.s. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit prostřednictvím kauzální analýzy hlavní příčinu neúspěchu řízení projektů v jejich zahajovací fázi v reálné firmě a vybrat z globálních standardů projektového řízení vhodné formy opatření na zlepšení aktuálního stavu.
Abstract:
This diploma work is dealing with the subject relating to the “ Project management in HC Inc,a.s. The goal of the diploma work is to find out the root cause relating to project management failure namely in the initiation phase and select from global standards of project management some appropriate precautions which should lead to improvement of the current project management situation.
