Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou protiprávních činů mládeže. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části v rámci správného pochopení dané problematiky nejprve vytyčuji základní pojmy, dále uvádím příčiny, které mohou mít vliv na páchání trestné činnosti dětí či mladistvých. This bachelor work is focusing on problems of illegal acts of young people. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. At the beginning of the theoretical part in order to facilitate an accurate understanding of the issue, the basic terms pointed out.
