Cílem této diplomové práce je rozbor institutu výhrady vlastnického práva z pohledu současné právní úpravy a jejího porovnání s občanským a obchodním zákoníkem účinnými do dne 31. 12. 2013. Práce si především klade za cíl vymezení tohoto institutu v rámci právního řádu a zachycení jeho funkce, účelu a právních následků, které vyvolává mezi stranami tohoto ujednání i mimo něj. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the institute retention of title clause in view of the current legislation and its comparison with respect to civil and commercial code effective on 31 12th 2013.
