Danio pruhované jako model lidských nádorových onemocnění

Danio rerio as a human cancer model.
Abstract:
Danio rerio je modelový organismus, kterému se dostává čím dál větší pozornosti. V poslední době se utvrzuje ve výzkumu rakoviny jako model s ekonomickými i časovými výhodami. Jako součást této práce byl zaveden nový protokol xenotransplantací na modelu dania, který doplní další in vitro a in vivo analýzy na našem oddělení.
Abstract:
Danio rerio is a model organism gaining an increasing amount of attention. Nowadays, it proves itself to be a very convenient model in cancer research with its eco-nomic and time-saving advantages. As a part of this thesis, a new zebrafish xeno-transplantation protocol has been established to accompany other in vivo and in vitro analyses in our department.
