Psychological preparation as part of the Czech baseball team training
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá rozšířením znalostí trenérů a studentů o psychologické přípravě. Cílem práce je zjištění používání psychologické přípravy trenérů v tréninku a v zápase. K zjištění šířky znalostí trenérů v této oblasti jsme použili vytvořenou osobnostní anketu.
Abstract:
This thesis addresses psychological preparation knowledge among coaches and students. The goal is determining the level of usage of psychological preparation by coaches in both training and matches. A survey created for this purpose was used to determine the knowledge levels among coaches.
