Community art - The analysis of experience of the main organizer of the project

Abstract:

Tato práce předkládá obraz projektu Komunitní umění, který byl realizován převážně studenty z Katedry sociální pedagogiky v jejich volném čase. Výzkum je zaměřen na zkušenosti hlavní organizátorky projektu. Teoretická část čtenáři umožní pochopení teoretického pozadí projektu. Část teoretické části se zabývá problémy současné společnosti, komunitní prácí a o jednu z možných forem komunitní práce – komunitním divadlem, kterým se inspiroval projek Komunitní umění. V teoretické části je dále možné nalézt popis projektu Komunitní divadlo a základní informace o použité metodě zpracování dat výzkumu – interpretativní fenomelofické analýze. V praktické části je popsán průběh kvalitativního výzkumu, který má podobu případové studie. Výzkumná data byla získána v podobě rozhovorů uskutečněných s hlavní organizátorkou projektu a jejich deníkových záznamů, které byly analyzovány již zmíněnou interpretativní fenomenologickou analýzou. Z výzkumu vyplynula interpretace rozdělená do dvanácti témat týkajících se zkušenosti hlavní organizátorky projektu Komunitní umění spojených právě s touto zkušeností.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis propounds a picture of the Community Art Project which was mostly realized by the students of the Department of Social Education in their free time. The research is focused on the experience of the project head organizer. The theoretical part enables readers to understand theoretical background of the project. The part of it deals with the problems of the present society, community work and one of the possible forms of community work – community theatre. The Community Art Project draws inspiration from this community theatre. There is also possible to find the description of the project Community Theatre and the basic information about the adopted method of research data processing – interpretative phenomenological analysis. The practical part describes the course of qualitative research which has a form of a case study. The research data were obtained by the interviews with the project head organizer and her diary records which were analysed by interpretative phenomenological analysis mentioned above. The interpretation resulted from the research is divided to twelve topics concerning experience of the Community Art Project head organizer which is just connected with this experience.
