Cílem diplomové práce je objasnit podstatu sjednoceného evropského platebního prostotu a v rámci něj i roli směrnice Payment Services Directive. Práce je zaměřena na implementaci směrnice do českého vnitrostátního práva v podobě nového zákona o platebním styku. Současně se zabývá analýzou slabin a problémů s transpozicí spojených. The diploma thesis aims to clarify the basics of the united European payment area and the role of the Payment Services Directive inside of this area. The work deals with the issue of implementation the directive into Czech national law in the form of the new Act and analyzes the problems related to the implementation.
