Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dílčích cílů, které obsahují zakotvení ochrany spotřebitele v českém právním řádu. Charakteristiku spotřebitele a podnikatele jakožto smluvní strany kupní smlouvy. Analýzu české právní úpravy dle nového občanského zákoníku s přihlédnutím k předchozí právní úpravě a analýzu Evropského soudního dvora o vymezení osoby spotřebitele
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is divided to sub-goals that include anchoring consumer protection in czech law systém. Describes consumers and entrepreneur as contractual part of purchase contract. Thesis analyzes of czech legislation by the new Civil Code taking into account the previous legislation and analysis of European court of justice about definition of consumer.
