Abstract:
Produktem genu BRCA1 je nádorový supresorový protein BRCA1, který má v organismu velmi důležitou funkci. Ve spojení s dalšími proteiny se podílí na ubiquitinaci proteinů, regulaci transkripce a také regulaci kontrolních bodů buněčného cyklu. Abstract:
The product of the BRCA1 gene is a tumor suprressor BRCA1 protein which has very important function in the organism. In conjunction with other proteins is involved in ubiquitination of proteins, regulation of transcription and regulation of cell cycle checkpoints.
