Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komplexním přístupem k implementaci a optimálnímu využití manipulačního zařízení, které slouží k efektivní a bezpečné manipulaci s různými objekty. Práce se zaměřuje na využití stávajících technologií manipulace pomocí dopravníků, zdvihadel, jeřábů a robotů. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na bezpečnostní stránky, a to jak z hlediska ochrany operátorů, tak i prevence nežádoucích situací v pracovním prostředí. Práce také zkoumá možnosti integrace manipulačních zařízení v průmyslovém kontextu a poskytuje pohled na potencionální aplikaci v různých odvětvích, včetně výroby, logistiky a skladování. Výsledkem této práce představuje předání ucelené informace o tomto tématu čtenáři a přínos k dalšímu rozvoji této technologie manipulace s objekty v průmyslovém prostředí. K závěru práce je uvedena případová studie na praktické použití manipulační techniky.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with a comprehensive approach to the implementation and optimal use of handling equipment for the efficient and safe handling of various objects. The thesis focuses on the use of existing handling technologies using conveyors, hoists, cranes and robots. Special emphasis is placed on safety aspects, both in terms of protecting operators and preventing undesirable situations in the working environment. The work also explores the possibilities of integrating material handling equipment in an industrial context and provides insight into potential applications in various sectors, including manufacturing, logistics and warehousing. As a result, this thesis presents a comprehensive presentation of the topic to the reader and contributes to the further development of this object handling technology in industrial environments. Towards the end of the thesis, a case study on the practical application of object handling technology is presented.
