Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou "Řízení vztahů se zákazníkem a jeho význam pro posílení konkurenceschopnosti podniku." Záměrem bylo provést analýzu současného stavu CRM u společnosti ABC s.r.o. a na základě této analýzy navrhnout strategie, které by pomohly zlepšit CRM a posílit konkurenceschopnost podniku. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je sepsána z vybrané odborné literatury.Praktická část bakalářské práce je vypracována na základě poskytnutých interních dokumentů společnosti ABC s.r.o., dálé pak poskytnuté informace od manažerů podniku. V analytické části je čtenář seznámen se společností ABC s.r.o., následuje SWOT analýza, dále pak stav automobilového průmyslu před, během a po covid-19, seznámení s konkurencí společnosti, současný stav CRM ve společnosti a na závěr se autorka věnuje návrhům na zlepšení řízení vztahů se zákazníky.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of "Customer relationship management and its importance for strengthening the company's competitiveness." The intention was to analyze the current state of CRM at ABC s.r.o. and, based on this analysis, propose strategies that would help improve CRM and strengthen the company's competitiveness. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is written from selected professional literature. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis is prepared on the basis of internal documents provided by ABC s.r.o., and further information provided by company managers. In the analytical part, the reader is introduced to the company ABC s.r.o., followed by a SWOT analysis, then the state of the automotive industry before, during and after covid-19, an introduction to the company's competition, the current state of CRM in the company, and finally, the author deals with proposals for improving relationship management with customers
