Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na charakter tržního prostřední komodity vepřové maso, a to především s dopadem na vývojové tendence v ČR. Charakterizuje vývoj na tuzemském trhu s vepřovým masem společně se zahraničním trhem zemí EU z hlediska nabídky a poptávky. The thesis is focused on the nature of market environment of selected commodity – pork meat, especially on the impact on developmental trends in the Czech Republic.
