Solution of IoT Gateway technology LoRaWAN based on router Turris Omnia

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice Internet of Things, návrhu pokrytí geografické lokality IoT signálem, následným měřením a porovnáním s teoretickými hodnotami. Součástí je také návrh grafického uživatelského rozhraní s příslušnou databází. Práce má za cíl vytvořit IoT síť tvořenou třemi nebo více branami, které budou přijímat data vyslaná z IoT zařízení a následné ověření funkcionality této sítě. První kapitola řešení bakalářské práce IoT v České republice se věnuje obecnému popisu internetu věcí a aktuálnímu stavu řešení sítí internetu věcí v České republice.Kapitola Technologie sítí pro IoT se věnuje technologii LoRa, která je použita pro realizaci IoT Gateway. Dále se zde pojednává o dalších technologiích pro internet věcí v České republice, mezi které patří Sigfox od společnosti SimpleCell a NB-IoT. Závěrem kapitoly je celkové porovnání všech tří největších technologií u nás. Kapitola Databáze popisuje účel použití a samotný návrh databáze, která by se v případě implementace využila pro webovou aplikaci. V této kapitole je popsáno slovní zadání nároků na databázi, entitně relační diagram, ERDish věty a jsou stanovena integritní omezení. Následující kapitola Webová aplikace se celá věnuje návrhu grafického uživatelského rozhraní, které podle podrobných kritérií stanovuje rozložení navigace, jednotlivých informací vyskytujících se na stránkách aplikace, drátových modelů návrhu a výslednému grafickému návrhu. Design aplikace mimo jiné počítá například s vhodnou volbou barev a testem použitelnosti navigace. Návrh je samozřejmě přizpůsoben jak desktopovým monitorům, tak mobilním zařízením, které počítají s mnohem užší obrazovkou. V kapitole Realizace IoT Gateway práce ukazuje návrh realizace brány, je zde uveden a popsán použitý hardware. Další kapitola Sestavení odkrývá metody, kterými byl připraven hardware a implementován software IoT Gatewaye. Část práce Pokrytí geolokality IoT signálem pojednává o volbě místa pro realizaci sítě, umístění jednotlivých bran, předpokládaných hodnotách signálu a jejich následnému ověřování. Poslední kapitola Výsledky hodnotí chování vytvořené sítě a porovnává naměřené hodnoty s původním předpokladem.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the Internet of Things, the proposal of coverage of the geographical location IoT with a signal, followed by measurement and comparison with theoretical values. It also includes a graphical user interface design with the appropriate database. The aim of the thesis is to create a IoT network consisting of three or more gates which will receive data sent from the IoT device and then verify the functionality of this network. The first chapter of the bachelor thesis IoT in the Czech Republic deals with the general description of the Internet of Things and the current state of the Internet of Things networking solution in the Czech Republic.The IoT Network Technology chapter deals with LoRa technology, which is used for IoT Gateway implementation. Furthermore, it deals with other technologies for the Internet of Things in the Czech Republic, including Sigfox by SimpleCell and NB-IoT. The conclusion of the chapter is the overall comparison of all three of the largest technologies in our country. The Database chapter describes the purpose of the application and the design of the database itself, which in the case of implementation would be used for the Web application. This chapter describes the verbal input of database claims, entity relational diagrams, ERDish theorems and integrity constraints. The next chapter of the Web Application is dedicated to the design of the graphical user interface, which, according to detailed criteria, determines the layout of the navigation, the wireframe design and the resulting graphic design. Of course, the design is tailored to both desktop monitors and mobile devices that count on a much narrower screen.
