Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na modifikace nukleových kyselin, a to především na modifikace nacházející se na adenosinu v pozici 37 u tRNA a jejich souvislost s biosyntézou cytokininů. This thesis deals with the modification of nucleic acids, especially with those present on tRNA located on the adenosine in position 37 and their connection with cytokinin biosynthesis.
