The use of Algometr in the diagnostics of activation of the deep stabilizing system

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je problematika HSS a jeho testování pomocí tlakového algometru. Vyšetření se podrobilo celkem 30 probandů rozdělených na dvě skupiny. První skupina se skládá z 15 pacientů s diagnózou VAS páteře. Druhá skupina zahrnuje 15 zdravých jedinců. Diagnóza VAS páteře je vybrána jelikož souvisí s dysfunkcí HSSp. Kritériem pro zařazení do testování je přítomnost reflexních změn ve vybraných povrchových svalech a to m.rectus abdominis, m.erector spinae a adduktory kyčelního kloubu. Práh bolesti v reflexních změnách je změřen před a po aktivaci svalů HSSp pomocí tlakového algometru. K aktivaci svalů HSS byly aplikované metody z motorické ontogeneze. Za přínosný poznatek je považováno zaznamenání změn citlivosti a vyššího prahu bolesti u pacientů s diagnózou VAS páteře.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor's work is the issue of the Deep stabilizing system and the use of Pressure algometer in it's testing. A total of 30 subjects were tested and divided into two groups. The first group consisted of 15 patients with the diagnosis Vertebrogenic algic syndrome. The second group was consisted of 15 healthy individuals. The Vertebrogenic algic syndom was chosen because of it's link to dysfunction of the Deep stabilizing system. In order to be included in the testing, the subjects had to have reflex changes in the chosen superficial muscles, which were m.rectus abdominis, m.erector spinae and the adductores of the hip joint. The pressure pain threshold in the reflex changes was measured before and after the activation of the muscles of the Deep stabilizing system using the Pressure algometer. In the activation of the muscles of the Deep stabilizing system were used methods from the motor ontogenesis. As beneficial information for us, was the establishment of changes in the pain perception and higher pressure pain threshold in the patients with Vertebrogenic algic syndrom diagnosis.
