Investment strategy proposal
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice realitního trhu s rezidenčními nemovitostmi v České republice. Zaměřuje se na jeho analýzu, možnosti financování nemovitostí a jejich výběr z pohledu vhodnosti jako investice. Dle parametrů výnosu, likvidity a rizika, následně navrhuje investiční strategii pro koupi rezidenční nemovitosti za účelem jejího pronájmu.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the real estate market with residential property in the Czech Republic. It focuses on its analysis, the possibility of financing real estate and their selection in terms of suitability as an investment.
