Rigorózní práce se snaží postihnout základní faktory formující vývoj brněnského pivovarnictví v Brně od druhé poloviny 19. století po současnost. Klíčovým je zejména rok 1869 a zrušení propinačního práva. Trh se tímto krokem uvolnil a investoři mohli svobodně zakládat nové pivovary. Abstract:
The rigorous work tries to capture the basic factors shaping the development of the Brno brewing industry from the second half of the 19th century to the present. The key is especially the year 1869 and the abolition of so called propination law. With this step, the market relaxed and investors were free to establish new breweries.
