Historie, přehled a analýza mexických restaurací v Královéhradeckém kraji

History, Survey and Analysis of Restaurants Specializing in Mexican Cuisine in Hradec Králové Region
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je přehledně zmapovat situaci šesti mexických restaurací v Královehradeckém kraji, a to konkrétně ve městech: Hradec Králové, Jičín, Náchod, Česká Skalice, Jaroměř a Hronov. Pro řešení této problematiky jsem zvolil metody mystery shopping. V závěru na základě vyhodnocení výzkumu přijmu konkrétní doporučení či návrh.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to clearly map the situation of the six Mexican restaurants in the Hradec Kralove region, specifically in the cities: Hradec Králové, Jičín, Náchod, Česká Skalice, Jaroměř and Hronov. To solve this problem, I chose the method of Mystery Shopping. In conclusion, based on the research I accept specific recommendations or suggestions.
