Diplomová práce se zabývá trestným činem nebezpečného pronásledování v kontextu moderní doby. Úvodní část zahrnuje rozbor právní úpravy, na které navazuje analýza postupu v trestním řízení a jeho specifika. This thesis is dealing with the crime of stalking in the context of modern age. The introductory part includes an analysis of legislation, on which follows an analysis of criminal proceedings methods and its specifications.
