Tato diplomová práce se zabývá podnikovým vzdělávání na Českých drahách, a.s. se zaměřením na online výuku. Zjišťuje efektivnost výuky pomocí výpočetní techniky. Hodnotí spokojenost zaměstnanců a lektorů s online výukou. Porovnává výsledky výzkumu provedeným v roce 2009 se stejným z roku 2007. This thesis deals with business education at the Czech Railways, joint stock Company with a focus on online teaching. It finds the out effectiveness of teaching by using computer technology. It assesses staff satisfaction with online tutors and learning. It compares the results of research conducted in 2009 with the same from 2007.
