The main aim of the submitted thesis: " Law, psychology and alcohol abuse (Current problems of legal application and psychological problems)" is to analyze contemporary legal regulation in Czech republic and its historical development.

Hlavným cieľom diplomovej práce: " Právo, psychológia a zneužívanie alkoholu (aktuálne právne aplikačné a psychologické otázky)" je analýza súčasnej právnej úpravy na územi Českej republiky a jej vývoja.
