Odměňování pracovníků v hotelnictví

Reward strategies in tourism and hospitality industry
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou odměňování pracovníků v hotelnictví. První část práce se zabývá teoretickou částí, kde jsou popsány způsoby odměňování a motivace. Ve druhé části je analyzován hotel Panorama Prague a jeho způsob odměňování. Závěr práce je věnován dosavadnímu problému se studenty a fluktuace v hotelnictví.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is about rewarding employess and workers in hospitality industry. The first part is theoretical part, there is description of forms of rewarding and motivating people. In the second part is description of Panorama Prague hotel and forms of rewarding in this hotel. Final part is about the problem with students and fluctuation of workers in this industry.
