The aim of this diploma thesis is to create thematic fairytale teaching focused on mathematical revision the second grade primary school pupils. The main inspiration for creating this type of teaching was fairytales by the significant Czech writers of the 19th century, specifically by Božena Němcová and Karel Jaromír Erben.
