Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the role of absorptive capacity in the context of innovation performance. It perceives absorptive capacity both as a mechanism to identify and translate external complementary knowledge into tangible benefits, as well as means of achieving superior innovation performance of the company. Diplomová práca sa sústreďuje na úlohu absorpčnej kapacity v kontexte inovačnej výkonnosti. Absorpčnú kapacitu vníma ako mechanizmus na identifikáciu apremenu externých komplementárnych vedomostí na hmotné výhody, atiež ako prostriedok na dosiahnutie efektívnejšej inovačnej výkonnosti v podniku.
