Disertační práce se zabývá Janem I. Josefem knížetem z Liechtensteina (1760–1836) jakožto vojákem napoleonských válek a současně stavebníkem rozsáhlého množství tzv. voluptuárních staveb na svých panstvích. V první části se práce věnuje stručné historii rodu, Janovu dětství a počátku vojenské kariéry. Abstract:
The dissertation deals with Johann I. Joseph, Prince of Liechtenstein (1760–1836) as a soldier of the Napoleonic Wars and at the same time a builder of a large number of so-called voluptuary buildings on his estates. The first part of the dissertation deals with a brief history of the family, Johann's childhood and the beginning of his military career.
