Abstract:
Smlouva o Ústavě pro Evropu, jež byla podepsána v Římě roku 2004, je další významnou fází ve vývoji evropské integrace. Tato diplomová práce se snaží pojmout Ústavní smlouvu EU z více pohledů. Značná část textu je věnována rozboru obsahu samotné Ústavy, práce se ale věnuje i procesu přijetí Ústavní smlouvy či náhledu na Ústavu EU z hlediska teorie ústavnosti. The aim of this thesis is to concentrate on The European Constitution from many points of view. First of all, we draw our attention to the aspect of the foundation of The Constitution.
