Movement Stereotypes of Male Volleyball Players

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku pohybových stereotypů ve volejbale mužů. Volejbal se řadí mezi sporty náročné jak po fyzické tak technické stránce. Je to jeden ze sportu s největším množstvím dopadů a různorodostí zranění. Cílem práce tak bylo rozklíčovat na základě kineziologického rozboru patologické pohybové stereotypy volejbalistů a následnou reedukací pohybu odstranit zdravotní problémy (přítomné i budoucí). Pro praktickou část jsme tak využili nejenom online anketního šetření ohledně úrazů mužů ve volejbale, ale především jsme se pomocí 2 kazuistik snažili poukázat na nejčastější chyby v pohybových stereotypech volejbalistů, kteří jsou extraligově vytíženi. Pomocí terapie a úpravy pohybových stereotypů se redukovaly zdravotní obtíže. Terapii výrazně ovlivnilo rozdílné herní vytížení obou hráčů a hlavně jejich přístup k terapii.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of movement stereotypes in men's volleyball. Volleyball is one of the most expanded amateur and professional sports. It also counts as a high demanding sport in both, psychological and technical sense. It is one of the sports with the greatest impact and variety of injuries. The aim of the thesis was to explain the pathological movement stereotypes of volleyball players and the subsequent reeducation of movement to eliminate health problems (present and future). For the practical part, was used not only an online survey of men's injuries in volleyball but above all, using 2 case reports, we tried to point out the most common mistakes in the movement stereotypes of volleyball players who are extraligously burdened. The use of therapy and the treatment of movement stereotypes has reduced health problems. Therapies have greatly influenced the different gameplay of both players and their access to therapy.
