The Ways to Reduce Business Risk in a Particular Company
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na literární rešerše vztahující se k problematice snižování podnikatelského rizika. Práce charakterizuje vybranou společnost a její management rizik a Bussiness Continuity Managementu vztahující se na současný stav pandemie ve vybrané organizaci. V práci je navržen plán na snížení podnikatelského rizika ve vybrané organizaci.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on literary research related to the issue of reducing business risk. The thesis characterizes the selected company and its risk management and business continuity management related to the current state of the pandemic in the selected organization. The work proposes a plan to reduce business risk in a selected organization.
