Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou veřejnoprávních smluv včetně vývoje tohoto institutu. Popisuje jednotlivé druhy těchto smluv, související pojmy, včetně příkladů jejich využití různými subjekty vyplývajících z jejich činnosti.
