Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on analyzing the current financial crisis and its impact on housing financing through a mortgage loan. The result is a draft recommendation to change the mortgage loan of company ABC, Inc.

Práca je zameraná na analýzu súčasnej finančnej krízy a jej dopadu na financovanie bývania prostredníctvom hypotekárneho úveru. Výsledkom práce je návrh odporúčania zmien hypotekárneho úveru spoločnosti ABC, a.s.
