Diplomová práce pachatel a oběť sexuálních trestných činů se zabývá problematikou osobnosti, jak z psychologického, kriminalistického tak právního hlediska. Práce je věnována převážně psychologickému i právnímu pohledu na osobnost pachatele sexuálních trestných činů, jeho trestání a následné pomoci obětem těchto trestných činů. The thesis of the perpetrator and the victim of sexual offenses deals with the issue of personality, both psychologically, criminally and legally. The work is devoted mainly to the psychological and legal view of the perpetrator of sexual offenses, his punishment and the subsequent assistance of the victims of these crimes.
