Replacement of multifarious diet and its antioxidant properties
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá antioxidační aktivitou u náhrady pestré stravy. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na složení této stravy bohaté na zdraví prospěšné suroviny. V práci je popsán vznik volných radikálů a následek těchto reaktivních sloučenin. V praktické části je popsán vliv úpravy nutričních směsí na antioxidační vlastnosti v závislosti na době skladování.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with antioxidant activity and replacement of a multivarious diet. The theoretical part is focused on the composition of this diet which is rich in healthy ingredients. The work describes the formation of free radicals and the consequences of these reactive compounds.
