Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce, ktorá má názov právna úprava živnostenského podnikania je priblížiť a vysvetliť problematiku živnostenského podnikania. Vysvetľuje živnostenské podnikanie od začatia podnikania až po jeho zánik.
