Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na nástroje pro hodnocení rizika malnutrice. I přes existenci mnoha nástrojů pro identifikaci přítomnosti rizika malnutrice, je stále často nerozpoznána. Pro zlepšení nutriční péče je nezbytné zvolit validní a spolehlivý nástroj.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on malnutrition risk assessment. Even though a number of tools for nutrition risk screening have been developed malnutrition is still often unrecognized. It is necesary to select valid and reliable instrument to improve nutritional care.
