Transfer of a Cooperative Share
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na právní úpravu družstevního podílu v zákoně o obchodních korporacích. Práce srovnává rozdíly mezi obecnou úpravou převodu družstevního podílu a zvláštní úpravou převodu podílu v bytovém družstvu. Tyto rozdíly jsou odůvodněny a převod družstevního podílu v bytovém družstvu je následně demonstrován na praktických vzorech konkrétních smluv tohoto převodu.
Abstract:
The master´s thesis focuses on the legal regulation of cooperative share in the Czech Commercial Corporations Act. The thesis compares the differences between the general adjustment for the transfer of a cooperative share and the special adjustment for the transfer of a share in a housing cooperative.
