Preservation of the countryside and possibilities of their development

Abstract:

Autor bakalářské práce se zaměřil na obec Chlumčany, jako specifický příklad vývoje venkovského prostoru. V práci je zmapován postupný ústup od venkova jako takového pomocí rozvoje služeb, developerských oblastí nebo například lepší silniční dostupnosti do obce. Od postupného rozboru venkova autor postupuje ke konkretizaci problematiky. Zachování a rozrůstání obce Chlumčan jak ze strany geografické a sociologické. V práci bude představen za pomoci rozhovoru rozvoj obecních bytů a přidělování bytů sociálně slabším. Není opomenuta ani aktuální situace týkající se problematiky ubytování uprchlíků z Ukrajiny a vyjádření k tomuto tématu ze strany ředitele bytového odboru Ing. Jaroslava Boháče. V teoretické části je shrnut venkov jako takový, obec Chlumčany a její sociální situace, k tomu je zde samostatný bod ohledně bytového hospodářství a rozrůstání obce. V praktické části se autor zaměřil např. na rozbor obecních bytů a analýzu developerských oblastí, přínosy a negativa z jejich rozrůstání se a též vyzdvihnul klady a zápory obecních bytů.

Abstract:

The author of the bachelor thesis focused on a specific rural unit, the village of Chlumčany. The thesis maps the gradual retreat from the countryside as such through the development of services, development areas or, for example, better road access to the village. From the gradual dismantling of the rural area, the author proceeds to specify the issues of its preservation and the growth of the village of Chlumčany from both the geographical and sociological sides. The development of communal housing and the allocation of housing to the underprivileged will be included in the thesis through an interview. The current situation with the influx of refugees from Ukraine and the comments on this topic by the Director of the Housing Department, Mr. Bohac, are not omitted. The theoretical part summarises the countryside as such, the municipality of Chlumčany and its social situation, with a separate point on housing and the growth of the municipality. In the practical part, the author focuses, for example, on the analysis of municipal housing and the analysis of development areas, the benefits and negatives of their expansion and also highlights the pros and cons of municipal housing.
